Responsibilities: Requirement/ Skills Qualification parameters: Project Planning & Design: Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments, develop detailed engineering plans and specifications, and optimize system design for maximum energy production. Proficiency in engineering and project management software (e.g., MS Office, AutoCAD, PVSyst). Bachelors diploma/ degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy disciplines Project Execution & Management: Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, oversee on-site construction, and ensure project completion on schedule and within budget. Strong understanding of solar energy systems, PV technology, and relevant codes. Proven experience (often 3-5+ years) in solar or renewable energy project management. Coordination & Collaboration: Liaise with clients, stakeholders, equipment vendors, and cross-functional teams, including procurement, civil, and electrical engineers. Familiarity with project scheduling and construction means and methods. Technical Oversight: Supervise installation and commissioning, verify quality of equipment and workmanship, conduct system performance analysis, and troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Compliance & Permitting: Ensure projects adhere to local and international safety and regulatory standards, and coordinate with authorities for necessary permits. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project records, prepare progress reports for management and clients, and compile closeout documentation. Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Qualification: Bachelors diploma/ degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy disciplines CTC 25-35kpm Address of Company- Law college Road, Pune. Facilities- PF,ESIC, Working Hours- 9.30am 6pm Weekly Off- Sunday, last Saturday of every month
