You will be responsible for managing, designing, developing, creating, and maintaining small-scale to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner. Your duties will include conducting on-site investigations, analyzing data, carrying out technical studies, assessing risks, materials, and costs, and providing advice to creatively resolve any emerging problems. You will oversee and mentor staff, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure the resulting structures and services are fit for use. Monitoring progress, compiling reports, managing budget, and purchasing equipment/materials will also be part of your role. Compliance with guidelines and regulations, including permits and safety measures, as well as delivering technical files and documentation as required, is essential. This is a full-time position located in Anna Silai, Coimbatore. The salary will be as per company norms. The qualification required is a Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 5 years of experience. The job type is full-time with benefits including leave encashment and provident fund. The schedule is a day shift with additional benefits like performance bonus and yearly bonus. The ideal candidate should be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu before starting work. While a Secondary (10th Pass) education is preferred, a total of 1 year of work experience in a similar role is also preferred.,
