You are a highly skilled Mechanical Simulation Expert with expertise in SIEMENS SIMCENTER Nastran. You excel in independently managing complex simulation projects, especially in the defence industry. Your responsibilities include performing structural analysis, dynamics, vibration analysis, multibody dynamics, thermal simulations, and vehicle dynamics using advanced tools like SIEMENS SIMCENTER Nastran. You will solve intricate engineering problems and manage end-to-end simulation projects ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and accuracy. Collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams is crucial to tailor solutions to their needs. In the defence industry, your focus will be on simulations adhering to industry standards. You will develop innovative solutions for performance optimization and design validation in defence projects. Onsite collaboration with engineering teams will be essential to integrate simulation results seamlessly into the product development lifecycle. Your role involves preparing detailed technical reports, presentations, and documentation of simulation results. Effective communication of findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is key. To qualify for this position, you should have a B-Tech or M-Tech in mechanical engineering or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical simulation and analysis. Proficiency in SIEMENS SIMCENTER Nastran and a strong understanding of structural mechanics, dynamics, vibrations, multibody dynamics, thermal simulations, and vehicle dynamics are required. A proven track record of working on defence industry projects is preferred. Preferred skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, independence in work, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity with defence industry standards, and experience in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary engineering environment.,
