As an integral part of the photo and video production team, you will be responsible for assisting in planning and coordinating all logistical aspects of shoots. This includes tasks such as preparing equipment lists, organizing props, and distributing call sheets to ensure a smooth operation. Working under the guidance of the lead photographer or director, you will play a key role in setting up and breaking down camera, lighting, and sound equipment. Your responsibilities will also involve managing all equipment on set, which includes handling batteries, changing lenses, and maintaining the organization and security of gear throughout the shoot. You will serve as the primary on-set support, actively participating in the production process by slating scenes, capturing behind-the-scenes content, and ensuring that the shoot progresses smoothly and stays on schedule. Additionally, you will provide assistance to on-camera talent or subjects to guarantee their comfort and readiness for the shoot. After the shoot is completed, you will be involved in editing content as required, showcasing your skills and contributing to the overall success of the project. This is a full-time position with benefits that include paid sick time. The work schedule is on a day shift from Monday to Friday. The job location is in Mohali, Punjab, and the ability to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work is required.
