To excel in this position, you must possess strong Python coding skills, particularly in the areas of trading automation, data analysis, and API integration. An in-depth understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and trading strategies (including options, futures, and hedging) is essential. Previous hands-on experience with algo trading using broker APIs is a must, along with the ability to present technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner suitable for a broad audience. Additionally, experience in multi-platform algo trading, optimizing execution, backtesting frameworks, trade analytics, risk management tools, and compliance with SEBI guidelines for algo trading are highly preferred skills.
