We are currently seeking Odoo Consultants to join our team and be responsible for ERP implementation projects. As a Functional Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers/clients, leading projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve spearheading the implementation project, assisting customers in utilizing the Odoo SAAS/On-Prem platform effectively within their business operations. Responsibilities: - Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Odoo Implementation - Offer optimal solutions to customer issues - Implement Odoo based on gathered requirements - Conduct training sessions for customers with functional support - Address Support Tickets promptly and provide viable solutions - Engage with customers to comprehend their requirements effectively - Analyze customers" needs and business processes to align them accurately with Odoo - Guide customers throughout the entire delivery cycle, from software configuration to go-live - Train customers on efficient usage of Odoo through personalized sessions - Develop materials and conduct functional training sessions - Negotiate and secure the necessary resources - Monitor and verify the development phase Desired Experience: 6+ Years Work Location: Gurgaon (Haryana) Shift Timings: Indian shift (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Experience: - Odoo: 6 years (Required) - Requirements gathering: 6 years (Required) - Odoo Implementation: 6 years (Required) Location: - Gurugram, Haryana (Required) Work Location: In person,
