About Only One Giulia Hi, I’m Giulia, also known as Only One Giulia. I’m an content creator from Italy with a community of 550k+ people on YouTube and 140k+ on Instagram. Since 2018, I’ve been creating content led by authenticity, with the mission of acting as a cultural bridge between Europe and India and bringing people together through storytelling. I’m looking for a Brand Manager & Creative Coordinator to be my right hand - someone who can keep things organized, grow collaborations, bring in fresh ideas, and isn’t afraid to step outside their comfort zone. This isn’t just an “assistant” role! You’ll be representing me with brands, organizing shoots, and making sure the creative wheels keep turning. 📍Location: My work is split between Europe and India. When I’m in Mumbai, I’ll need you with me on-site for shoots, events, and coordination. When I’m in Europe, the role will be fully remote. What You’ll Be Doing Reaching out to brands, PR agencies, and collaborators to land new partnerships. Handling brand correspondence, contracts, and making sure follow-ups actually happen. Conducting research to identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and content development. Organizing shoots (from outfits and locations to videographers and logistics). Bringing creative ideas and research for future content. Keeping admin under control: emails, invoices, payments (incoming & outgoing). Assisting with social media - e.g., drafting posts, preparing graphics on Canva, and helping ensure brand consistency. Coordinating freelance creatives (editors, designers, videographers) and onboarding new ones. Coming along to shoots, PR events, and occasionally filming me when needed in Mumbai. Basically: keeping everything moving so no ball is ever dropped :D Must-Haves: Super organized and reliable - you know how to juggle multiple projects without freaking out. Experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or PR. Confident communicator and negotiator - you can hold your own with brands and VIPs. Comfortable working with both European and international clients. Great with emails, admin, and keeping track of details. Tech savvy, comfortable with AI tools and Google Sheets for basic analysis. Strong eye for design and brand consistency across visuals and content. Positive energy, charisma, and the ability to stay calm in chaos. Willing to step out of your comfort zone. Nice-To-Haves: Background in the creator economy or lifestyle/fashion/food brands. Event planning or production management experience. Interest in creative trend research and content ideas. Hands-on skills with filming, editing or social media tools like Canva. Familiarity with basic accounting or invoicing tools.
