Job Description: Enterprise Account Manager Location: India (Bangalore / Mumbai / Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune – with travel as required) Department: Enterprise Sales & Account Management Experience Required: 7–12 years in Enterprise IT Sales / Account Management with OEM partner experience Reports To: Regional Sales Head / Director – Sales Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across IT infrastructure, cloud, and managed services. The role demands proven experience in handling OEM partnerships such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, Microsoft, Nutanix , along with strong enterprise customer connects. The EAM will be responsible for account ownership, revenue growth, and positioning end-to-end IT solutions to large customers. Key Responsibilities Account Ownership & Growth Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts with clear revenue/margin targets. Develop account strategies and annual plans to maximize business opportunities. Drive cross-sell and upsell of servers, storage, networking, cloud, managed services, and cybersecurity. Ensure renewals, AMC/FMS contracts, and multi-year managed services agreements . OEM & Partner Collaboration Manage strong working relationships with Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, Microsoft, Nutanix and their distributor ecosystem. Drive deal registrations, pricing approvals, joint GTM campaigns, and co-selling activities with OEMs. Stay updated on OEM product roadmaps, certifications, and incentive programs to strengthen positioning. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management Build trusted, long-term relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and procurement leaders . Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers across solutions and services. Ensure high customer satisfaction, SLA adherence, and delivery coordination . Sales Execution Achieve and exceed assigned quarterly and annual quotas . Lead RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, and bid defenses in collaboration with presales and solution teams. Present business value cases, TCO/ROI justifications, and solution roadmaps to customers. Identify white-space opportunities and expand wallet share in existing accounts. Reporting & Strategy Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) . Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and strategic insights to sales leadership. Contribute to account-based marketing initiatives and demand-gen programs . Desired Skills & Expertise Proven success in Enterprise IT solution sales with focus on OEMs: Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, Microsoft, Nutanix . Strong knowledge of Servers, Storage, Networking, Cloud (Azure/Hybrid), Virtualization, HCI, and Cybersecurity . Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills . Established connects with enterprise customers across BFSI, PSU, IT/ITES, and large corporates . Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals . Qualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business, IT, or related field. 7–12 years of Enterprise Account Management / Sales experience , with OEM partner handling expertise.
