Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding career opportunities and suitable courses. Explain the admission process, eligibility criteria, and course benefits. Follow up with prospective leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets. Maintain and update student records in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission and documentation processes. Participate in promotional activities, webinars, and career events when required. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Business preferred). 1–3 years of experience in counselling/admissions/sales (EdTech preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Ability to work under targets and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
