Job Description

You will be part of Capgemini India and will be responsible for working with onshore digital & product marketing teams to respond to product related questions from customers & end users and queries in a timely and polite manner, providing as much relevant information as possible. In this role, you will play a key role in: - Providing online support for queries received via client website/s and social media channels - Offering polite and respectful responses to customer queries and issues in English - Sharing correct product related material and information with the customer - Writing support articles to offer and improve customer self-service options - Building effective goodwill with the customer and helping build a positive brand image for the client - Adhering to the client's SLAs for the topics covered under online support domain - Ensuring timely adherence to the escalation matrix Your Profile should include: - Bachelors degree - 3-4 years of working with standard content management systems, viz.
