As a Package Delivery Driver, your role involves distributing various packages to specified locations within a given time frame. You will be responsible for planning daily travel routes based on locations and time frames, ensuring efficient delivery operations. Your duties will include carefully loading and unloading all packages, prioritizing their safety and integrity throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: - Answering customers" questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction. - Investigating any discrepancies with the delivered packages, resolving issues promptly. - Obtaining customers" signatures on delivery papers upon completion of each delivery to maintain accurate records. - Promptly reporting any road accidents and traffic violations to the company, prioritizing safety and compliance. - Receiving goods for the store and maintaining inventory accurately. - Assisting customers with queries, providing excellent service and support. Qualifications Required: - Plus Two or Degree (Pass or Fail) qualification is accepted, making it suitable for freshers or experienced individuals looking to apply for the role.
