About Us

MindAlgo is an innovative mental wellness company offering neuroscience-backed Neurohack programs. We are expanding our client success team and looking for dedicated female candidates to handle online enquiries and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client enquiries via WhatsApp, telecalling, and other online platforms.
• Explain services clearly and guide clients toward booking sessions.
• Manage follow-ups, reminders, and client onboarding.
• Work closely with psychologists to ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales and client engagement targets.

Requirements

• Female candidates only (preferred for client comfort).
• Must be located near Calicut and able to report to the office if required.
• Excellent communication skills in English , Malayalam/Hindi.
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, healthcare, or edtech is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented, empathetic, and professional.

Compensation

• Fixed salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month
