As a Sr. Technical Writer/Technical Writer at our company located in Mohali, PB, you will be responsible for technical writing, product documentation, and online publishing. This includes leveraging your experience in writing technical customer-facing materials related to Software Development (SDLC), Cyber Security, Web Development, Administration, Migration, SharePoint Development, and Server Administration. Your primary duties will involve developing, writing, and maintaining high-quality technical documents such as user guides, online help, and release notes. It will be essential for you to efficiently manage your time to meet project deadlines and ensure the accuracy and clarity of technical documents through proofreading and polishing. You will be expected to conduct research to improve documentation tools, methods, and processes continuously. Additionally, you will contribute to content strategy formulation across various formats and presentations, create user guides and process documents, and work closely with product owners, software development engineers, and testers to address documentation needs effectively. Participation in content management efforts, process development, and quality governance will be crucial for team success. You will collaborate with internal teams, including developers and customers, to identify and address gaps in documentation. Moreover, you will engage with our learning community, identify trends and topics of interest, and develop content that aligns with the needs of our customers.
