With a background in Marketing, Business Management/Intelligence, Sales, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Customer Experience/Support, you excel in driving output and utilizing business intelligence to derive valuable Customer Insights in a multichannel environment. Your proficiency in digital retail business, coupled with a broad understanding of customer behaviors and expectations, enables you to optimize the customer experience across various online touchpoints. Your responsibilities include proactively identifying customer needs, suggesting improvements, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for online customers. By leading the E-commerce team, you contribute to the development of operational strategies, analyze online performance, and provide insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You are responsible for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), analyzing customer behavior, and improving the online purchasing process. Integrating The Customer Experience Map into operational practices, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with key stakeholders are crucial aspects of your role. Working collaboratively with global and local teams, you aim to drive continuous improvement, secure effective implementation of tools, and support overall sales and profit growth. By staying informed about industry trends and benchmarking IKEA's online performance, you ensure IKEA remains competitive and innovative. Additionally, you partner with digital product owners to enhance online performance and contribute to IKEA's values and transformation.
