In this role at Tesco Online, you will be responsible for maintaining effective van and slot scheduling on the Tesco Online systems and supporting online capacity. Your key accountabilities will include following the Business Code of Conduct with integrity, identifying operational improvements using CI tools, completing tasks within agreed metrics, delivering operational metrics at quality levels, staying updated with process changes, and recommending/implementing changes on Tesco's Scheduling System for online growth. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to set up new Dotcom Departments, analyze and recommend changes for seasonal activities, van requirements for shops, and be involved in the online growth plan through different projects. Regular system checks to ensure accurate settings will also be part of your responsibilities. You will work with in-store Dotcom Teams, GHS Office Teams, In-store Picking (Technology) teams, and Transport/Tracking (Technology) teams both within and outside Tesco. Operational skills required for this role include proficiency in Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word), experience in Online Operations, attention to detail, speed and accuracy, planning and organizing, basic numeracy skills, basic logical reasoning, and basic data management/SQL/query skills. The work includes building Customer collaboration, Order Management, Delivery management and Master Data process management to ensure that products arrive in India and are delivered to customers as per agreed terms. Key Performance Areas & Description Inbound Responsible for Monthly Order Upload process for all Brands & Retailers. Check if products are registered before the order are released. Shipment planning AIR/Ocean mode to meet monthly sales target. Ensures delivery of invoiced items Procuring new SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) launch details prior to start of next month ordering process.
