It’s really frustrating when you’re with a customer and need urgent help, but the support team takes forever to respond. To make things worse, the background noise at their service center is so loud, you can barely hear what they’re saying. Hope they work on this because it’s honestly quite stressful.

One of my worst decisions to subscribe to this software. No after sales service. They just keep rescheduling your call and you never get a call back. Many glitches in software and they are unavailable to solve it. Cant rely on them to run my store.
