Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and dedicated Online Lead Specialist to join our fast-growing team. The role involves generating business leads through social media platforms, maintaining lead databases, and conducting outbound calls to convert potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients through various social media platforms.
• Conduct internet research to find potential leads and contact information.
• Maintain and regularly update the lead database.
• Make outbound calls to generate and follow up on new business opportunities.
• Clearly communicate the company's products and services to potential clients.
• Support the sales team with pre-sales activities and lead handover.

Skills Required:

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong working knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Ability to conduct effective internet research and data collection.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
