Job Title: QC Executive Job Location: Boisar Years of Experience: 1-5years Salary: 1lacs-3lacs Working Days: Monday to Saturday Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Inspection & Testing: Conduct inward inspection of raw materials to ensure they meet quality specifications. Perform in-process inspections to identify and resolve quality issues during production. Carry out pre-dispatch inspections to ensure final products meet customer and regulatory standards. Conduct online inspections to monitor and improve product consistency. 2. Testing Equipment & Analysis: Operate and maintain UTM (Universal Testing Machine) for mechanical property testing. Perform MFI (Melt Flow Index) testing to assess polymer flow characteristics. Use Viscometer to evaluate viscosity and flow behavior of materials. Record and analyze test results, preparing detailed quality reports. 3. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and company policies. Maintain proper documentation of inspections, test results, and deviations. Report any non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions. 4. Process Improvement: Work closely with the production team to improve processes and minimize defects. Suggest and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues. Participate in audits and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Skills & Competencies: Technical expertise in handling UTM, MFI, Viscometer, and other quality control instruments. Strong understanding of quality control processes, raw material testing, and finished goods inspection. Ability to analyze test results and implement corrective actions. Knowledge of ISO standards and quality assurance procedures. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.

Position Title Manager - Quality Position Summary The person shall act as an interface between supplier & project site. He will coordinate and implement material quality at supplier premises and ensure defect free material reaches at site. He also monitors that all supplier, EPCs and service provider brought in Sterlite system should be assessed against relevant criteria & ensure material and reporting to the management. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities Material Inspection at manufacturer facility as per the tender specifications, field quality plans and IS standards before dispatch of material to site Prepare Weekly & Monthly MIS for different management (CEO & MD) review on Quality functions Preparation of Supplier Onboarding assessment templates & procedures Supplier onboarding/ Inspections to be done at vendor facilities with help of TPIs. Co-ordinate with cross functional team like SCM, D&E & finance for material inspections to ensure zero defect material dispatch for site. Conduct online inspection and visit at supplier end for physical inspection. Review Quality reports and Material release of inspected material. Conduct Root cause analysis of material issues and define corrective actions. Key Responsibilities Online Quality Control : Monitor the quality of online products (e.g., Emulsion & Ketchup). Conduct physical and chemical analyses during online processes. Verify ingredient weighing as per recipes. Pre-Dispatch Activities : Ensure completion of pre-dispatch procedures. Sanitization and Hygiene : Monitor and implement sanitization and hygiene procedures, including CIP, COP, SIP, CCP, OPRPs, GMP, and PRP. Minimizing Losses : Ensure efficient production runs to minimize ingredient and packaging material losses. Rejections and Holds : Reduce online rejection rates through coordination with stakeholders. Make decisions regarding QA holds and product releases. Product Quality : Conduct sensory evaluations to ensure product quality. Perform shelf-life studies for products. Lab Operations : Calibrate CCP lab equipment daily. Standardize lab chemicals. Verify plant CCP and OPRP calibrations. Reporting and Records : Maintain online QC records and non-conformity reports. Share daily quality analysis reports, including details on CIP activities, rejections, and holds. Training and Compliance : Provide refresher training to food handlers (including casual workers). Adhere to HACCP, VACCP, and TACCP standards. Follow GMP, personal hygiene practices, and site policies. Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) : Implement CAPA plans for internal/external audit findings and customer complaints. Food Safety and Security : Ensure food safety, quality, and security measures are implemented online. Adhere to the site's food safety and quality policy and objectives. Well conversant with MCA-21, i.e. online filing, online inspection. Audits of Companies for the purpose of Compliance Certificate Secretarial Audit. Preparation of Corporate Governance Report. Reorganization of company like change in authorized capital, change of name, Shifting of Registered Office of the Company from one state to another and alteration in MOA AOA. Preparation and maintenance various Statutory Books and other records Preparation of Director s Report and Annual Return, Filing of Balance Sheet and Profit Loss Account in XBRL. Incorporation of Companies, Formation of Firm/ JV Handling of various Company matters Issue, Allotment, Transfer, Transmission and Transposition of Shares, Issue of Share Certificates and Duplicate Share Certificates (including Preferential allotment and Right Issue) and declaration of Dividend and Creation and Modification of Charges. Appointment of Managerial Persons and all the matters related to managerial remuneration. Drafting of Agenda, Notice and Resolution for the Board meetings, Committee meetings and for AGM (including Special Notices). Drafting Minutes of Board Meetings, committee meetings and Shareholders Meetings. Preparation of Search Reports, Due Diligence Report and Statutory Report etc. Strong knowledge of corporate governance and legal compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Proficiency in maintaining legal documents and filing reports Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Required Experience 2 to 4 Years
