We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager Q-Commerce to lead our onboarding, growth, and relationship management with quick commerce platforms like Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto , and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships, ensuring effective listing, and maximizing revenue and brand presence across these platforms. Role & responsibilities Lead the end-to-end empanelment process with Q-commerce platforms for our food SKUs. Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers, partner POCs, and internal stakeholders. Coordinate listing of products, ensuring accurate content, pricing, and stock availability. Negotiate commercials, trade margins, and drive marketing campaigns/promotions. Monitor platform performance metrics: fill rate, returns, revenue, visibility, etc. Identify sales opportunities and work on category expansion and new product launches . Ensure smooth backend operations integration with supply chain and last-mile logistics partners. Stay on top of quick commerce trends and suggest innovative initiatives to improve reach and sales. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. 3 to 6 years of experience in business development, key accounts, or category roles in FMCG, food, or D2C . Prior experience working with platforms like Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket Now , etc. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Strong understanding of the quick commerce ecosystem and consumer behavior. Hands-on experience with sales data, P&L, and platform dashboards (Swiggy Genie, Blinkit Partner Portal, etc.).
