Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and small group online tutoring sessions for students from IB and IGCSE curricula
• Develop structured lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources based on curriculum requirements
• Assign, review, and provide feedback on homework and assessments
• Communicate student progress effectively with parents during PTMs
• Maintain high engagement and academic rigor during sessions
• Collaborate with the academic team to improve learning outcomes and teaching content

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of teaching experience, preferably in reputed schools or online tutoring platforms
• Mandatory experience teaching IB, IGCSE, or other international boards
• Strong command of English and excellent communication skills
• Comfortable using online teaching tools (Zoom/Google Meet, whiteboards, digital resources)
• Ability to create structured and interactive digital lesson plans
• A high-speed broadband internet, webcam, and a quiet dedicated tutoring space are mandatory
• Prior experience with international students or schools will be an added advantage

Educational Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelors degree in the relevant subject area

Work Schedule

• Flexible online classes based on student time zones (primarily targeting students in US, UK, Canada, Australia).
