Job Description

About the Role:

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage
GCP infrastructure services
(Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, IAM, VPC, Pub/Sub, etc.).
Develop, optimize, and maintain
ETL/ELT pipelines
using
BigQuery, Dataflow, Composer (Airflow), and Cloud Functions
.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using
Terraform, Deployment Manager, or equivalent tools
.
Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of GCP workloads.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize costs.
Collaborate with
data engineers, developers, and DevOps teams
to deliver cloud-based solutions.
Stay updated with the latest
cloud best practices and GCP services
.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience in
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
services.
Proficiency in
BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Composer, and Cloud Storage
.
Experience with
SQL, Python, and Shell scripting
.
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
.
Good knowledge of
networking, IAM, and security principles
in GCP.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
