You will be joining a leading NGO and your responsibilities will include: - Understanding and developing project objectives, deliverables, and creating an execution plan based on the logical framework. - Overseeing project execution in accordance with timelines and keeping track of progress. - Identifying and establishing partnerships with sector expert organizations, agencies, and relevant stakeholders to form strategic alliances for successful project execution. - Managing the team by assigning responsibilities, developing their Key Result/Performance Areas, and monitoring their progress. - Providing training and guidance to the team to improve efficiency and performance. - Maintaining and managing relationships with both internal and external project stakeholders. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Master's degree in Social Sciences, Management, or a relevant field. - At least 8 years of experience in project design, on-ground implementation, and management of large-scale environment projects focusing on pollution control, energy management, circular economy, carbon credits, etc. - Demonstrable knowledge of stakeholder mapping tools, monitoring and evaluation techniques, documentation, and reporting. - Proficiency in English and Hindi communication with strong written and oral skills. Efficiency in Marathi will be an added advantage.,
