Hands-on experience with the OneTrust platform , including modules for Privacy Management, Data Governance, and Risk & Compliance. Ability to troubleshoot and support OneTrust workflows, integrations, and automation rules in a production environment. Experience managing incident response workflows, data subject access requests (DSARs), and third-party risk assessments using OneTrust. Proficiency in analyzing logs, audit trails, and system alerts generated by OneTrust to identify and resolve operational issues. Understanding of OneTrust API integrations and ability to support connected systems (e.g., CRM, ticketing tools, cloud platforms). Exposure to OneTrust AI features like Copilot or Agentic AI for automating compliance and governance tasks is a plus. Strong collaboration skills to work with compliance, legal, and IT teams to ensure platform stability and regulatory alignment Familiarity and working experience on ecommerce projects Working knowledge with ServiceNOW ITSM tool Knowledge of Production Support processes and procedures. Have ability to demonstrate functional and technical architecture knowledge and correlate between the two from past experiences Have good exposure of ITIL Processes like Incident Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management etc.
