The Hotel Sales Manager B2B will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies, generating sales leads, and negotiating contracts. The role includes conducting market research, attending industry events, creating sales strategies to meet targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance promotional activities. The manager will also track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficient in market research, lead generation, and CRM software Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Excellent organizational and time management skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
