Job Description

Role & responsibilities Understanding Business Processes: Candidates should be able to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the OneStream platform. OneStream Expertise: Experience with OneStream modules (e.g., financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting) is crucial. Solution Design & Development: Designing, developing, and maintaining OneStream solutions, including metadata, business rules, cube views, dashboards, and workflows. Data Integration & Transformation: Building and maintaining OneStream data integrations, transformations, and automations using APIs. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues within the OneStream environment. Configuration & Support: Configuring OneStream solutions, evaluating impacts, and supporting releases, patches, upgrades, and enhancements. Collaboration & Communication: Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT, and other stakeholders. Documentation & Training: Maintaining documentation and providing training to end users. Common OneStream Roles & JD Elements: OneStream Consultant: Focuses on understanding client needs, translating them into OneStream solutions, and providing training and support. OneStream Developer: Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining OneStream solutions, including data integrations and business rules. OneStream Solution Manager: Manages the OneStream implementation and ensures successful delivery of solutions. OneStream Systems Administrator: Responsible for maintaining and managing the OneStream infrastructure and ensuring system stability and performance. OneStream Business Analyst: Focuses on understanding business requirements and translating them into OneStream solutions. Required Skills & Experience: OneStream Experience: Experience with OneStream modules, implementation, and support is essential. EPM Knowledge: Familiarity with other EPM systems (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, TM1) is often a plus. Technical Skills: Experience with data integration, APIs, SQL, and other relevant technologies. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to identify and resolve issues. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with stakeholders. Project Management Skills: Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA) is often preferred.
