As a SAP FI & Tax Business Analyst at our company in Bangalore, you will have the opportunity to work on significant projects, collaborate with skilled colleagues, and contribute to our company's growth. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the functional design for SAP FI, Direct/Indirect Tax, and S/4HANA Tax solutions. You will work closely with Process SMEs, Product Managers, and Design Leads to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. Additionally, you will partner with Project Managers on effort estimations, solution design, and release management using tools like ServiceNow and HPQC. You will be responsible for executing unit/integration testing, resolving defects, and supporting audit/compliance reporting. Furthermore, you will drive solutions for lightly managed cloud applications, prototype new capabilities, and ensure operational excellence by managing period-end activities, batch jobs, and tax team coordination for smooth post-go-live support. As a successful candidate, you must have strong expertise in SAP FI and Tax modules, hands-on experience with S/4HANA Tax solutions, and the ability to gather requirements, write functional specs, and design RICEFW objects. Familiarity with ServiceNow, HPQC, change/release management, tax compliance, audit reporting, and period-end processes is essential. Desirable skills include exposure to SAP BRIM, FSCM, or hybrid cloud deployments, as well as experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
