The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering patient-centric, evidence-based care across inpatient and outpatient settings, in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established clinical protocols. Administer medications, IV therapies, and other treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient health status and document observations accurately in patient records. Provide emotional support, education, and information to patients and their families. Ensure infection control standards, patient safety protocols, and hygiene practices are strictly followed. Assist physicians during rounds, procedures, and emergencies. Maintain and manage medical equipment, supplies, and ward inventory. Participate in continuous training, audits, and improvement initiatives. Qualifications: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc.
