IT Manager Responsibilities (Approx. 20%): Lead and manage the organization's IT operations including hardware, software, network, and security. Oversee IT support services ensuring timely resolution of technical issues across the organization. Administer and optimize M365 environment, Azure Active Directory, and related cloud services. Develop IT policies and best practices, including security protocols, disaster recovery plans, and data protection measures. Manage vendor relationships and evaluate contracts for IT services and products. Plan and execute IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives. Monitor and report on IT performance metrics and compliance requirements. Lead and mentor IT support staff (if applicable). Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications (such as MCT, MCSA, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) preferred. 5+ years of IT management experience, with at least 2 years focused on M365 environments. Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.).
