Key Responsibilities End-User Device Support Provide Level 2 technical support for laptops and mobile devices (Windows/macOS). Security and Compliance Respond to endpoint-related security incidents and alerts. Support MFA, conditional access, SSO and identity-based access control as needed. Required Qualifications 6+ years of desktop or technical support experience in a corporate IT environment Proficient with Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking Strong experience with remote troubleshooting tools and support methodologies.
