Role & responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement SEO strategies for both websites, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and performance monitoring. Website Development & Maintenance: Manage and maintain WordPress (One Accounting) and Shopify (One Party Rental) sites, ensuring they are user-friendly, functional, and SEO-friendly. Content Creation & Management: Plan and oversee content for SEO and engagement goals, tailoring it for B2B (blog posts, case studies) and B2C (product descriptions, visual content) audiences. Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute a social media strategy for One Party Rental, creating engaging content, managing posts, and fostering community engagement. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics across SEO, websites, and social media using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing monthly reports and recommendations. Strategy & Collaboration: Tailor marketing approaches for B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring consistent branding and integrating SEO with content and social media. Stay Up-to-Date: Continuously learn about SEO algorithm updates, digital marketing trends, and e-commerce best practices. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 3-5+ years in digital marketing, strong focus on SEO and web content management, and experience in social media campaigns. SEO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, familiarity with SEO tools, and ability to develop and execute SEO strategies. Web Development Skills: Proficiency in WordPress (customizing themes, managing plugins, basic coding) and Shopify (theme customization, app configuration). Social Media & Content Skills: Proven ability to create engaging content for social media and blogs, excellent writing skills, and experience with social media management tools. Marketing Strategy: Broad understanding of digital marketing channels and integrated campaign planning. Analytical & Data-Driven: Comfortable with data analysis, interpreting metrics, and preparing performance reports. Self-Motivated & Organized: Strong self-management, initiative, and time-management skills for a solo, remote position. Communication: Good written and verbal English communication skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
