Post-graduate degree (preferred, but not mandatory). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in relationship management with stakeholders, candidates ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Independent thought leadership combined with a proactive and team-oriented approach. Acumen to manage Applicant Tracking systems is preferred.
