JOB DISCRIPTION: Job Title: Manager - ForgeRock Implementation & Development Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ForgeRock Implementation & Development Manager to lead identity and access management (IAM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and developing ForgeRock solutions, ensuring seamless integration and security compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and configuration of ForgeRock IAM solutions . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM requirements and solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ForgeRock implementations. Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, ensuring system integrity. Optimize IAM processes for scalability and efficiency. Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in ForgeRock IAM implementation and development. Expertise in ForgeRock OpenAM, OpenIDM, OpenDJ, and OpenIG . Strong understanding of identity federation, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and directory services . Experience in Java, JavaScript, APIs, LDAP, and RESTful services . Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Industry certifications such as ForgeRock Certified Identity Management Specialist or CISSP . Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions (AWS, Azure) .

As a Sailpoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing identity governance and administration solutions using the Sailpoint platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical expertise in deploying and customizing the Sailpoint solution. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy identity governance and administration solutions using the Sailpoint platform. Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs related to identity and access management. Provide technical expertise and guidance in implementing and customizing the sailpoint solution to meet client requirements. Develop and configure workflows, access policies, and role-based access controls in the sailpoint platform. Perform system integration, testing, and debugging of sailpoint applications and modules. Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure successful project delivery. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in identity and access management, and apply best practices in Sailpoint development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus. Sailpoint Implementation Experience: 3 to 8 Years Proven experience as a Sailpoint Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of identity governance and administration concepts. In-depth knowledge of the sailpoint platform and its features, including configuration, customization, and integration. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Experience with web services (SOAP, REST), XML, and JSON. Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) standards, protocols, and frameworks, such as OAuth, SAML, and LDAP.

As a Cyberark Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing identity governance and administration solutions using the Cyberark platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical expertise in deploying and customizing the Cyberark solution. Responsibilities: Work independently on Privileged access management pre-sales activities , which include response to RFPs, solution design & proposals ,solution presentations. Lead and Architect large scale Privileged access management(PAM) solutions, which include PAM strategy, roadmaps , assessments , vendor evaluations & implementations. Manage project deliveries and teams to mitigate project risks. Assist senior leadership in PAM practice development activities. Interact with client teams and help in identifying the process improvements . Lead requirement gathering, design by conducting workshops with client teams for multiple projects. Mentor junior members of the team. Involve in research areas and conduct product proof of concepts to achieve best product functionality and lead technical initiatives. Qualifications: PAM Experience – 4 to 8 years. B.Tech/ M.Tech/MCA or graduate degree in relevant field. Should have experience in implementing multiple PAM projects in any one of the following Access Management products – Cyberark App plugin development Practical knowledge and experience with Identity and access management & Privileged Access Management technologies. Ability to plan and execute advanced PAM programs and conduct proof of concepts involving emerging PAM technologies. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
