As a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with expertise in logo design and video creation/editing, you will have a crucial role in shaping captivating user experiences for both web and mobile platforms. Your contribution will extend to establishing brand identity and visual storytelling through logos, icons, motion graphics, and short videos. Your responsibilities will span across UI/UX design, where you will craft user-friendly interfaces for various applications. This involves developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups utilizing tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. User research, usability testing, and feedback sessions will guide you in refining designs, while close collaboration with product managers and developers will ensure seamless implementation. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating UI libraries, design systems, and responsive layouts. In the realm of Logo & Brand Design, you will be responsible for creating original logos and brand assets that align with the organization's vision and mission. Establishing brand style guides to maintain consistency across digital touchpoints and participating in branding strategies for new products and campaigns will be part of your role. Your expertise in Video & Motion Graphics will be put to use in producing promotional videos, UI walkthroughs, onboarding animations, and micro-interactions. Video editing and production using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software will be essential. Integrating motion graphics into product demonstrations and marketing materials, as well as optimizing videos for web and mobile platforms, will also fall under your purview. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Multimedia Design, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. Your portfolio should showcase proficiency in UI design, logo/brand work, and motion/video projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as video editing and animation software like Premiere Pro and After Effects, is crucial. A solid grasp of color theory, typography, layout, and branding is necessary, while knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous. Strong communication and collaboration skills, along with the ability to handle multiple projects independently, are essential requirements. Experience with 3D tools like Blender or Cinema4D, familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles, and exposure to tools like Lottie, Rive, or SVG animation are considered advantageous. Knowledge of front-end frameworks or prototyping tools is a plus.
