Train and monitor housekeeping staff in proper cleaning techniques, safety standards, and customer service. Maintain housekeeping inventory and ensure timely ordering of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities. Coordinate with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guest check-in. Develop and implement cleaning checklists, deep-cleaning schedules, and inspection reports. Address guest complaints or service requests promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
