About the Role: Were looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to take charge of end-to-end event execution from vendor sourcing and negotiations to seamless on-ground delivery and smooth post-event closure. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love making events happen flawlessly, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities Vendor Management Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for venue, production, awards, photography, printing, travel, and gifting. Negotiate contracts and ensure all deliverables are met. Coordinate with production teams in multiple cities. Event Planning Manage event registrations and audience outreach. Prepare and manage event element sheets with production teams. Liaise with hotels/venues for banquet, AV, and logistics. Arrange travel and accommodation for guests, speakers, and internal teams. On-Ground Coordination Oversee stage, sound, lighting, branding, and registration desk setup. Manage backstage, AV, photography, videography, and live streaming operations. Coordinate banquet services and gifting partner deliveries. Post-Event Wrap-Up Retrieve company assets from the venue. Coordinate photographer/videographer data transfer. Work with finance to settle vendor payments. Organize return travel and send post-event thank-you notes. Share operational learnings for future events. What Were Looking For 4+ years of experience in event operations or similar roles. Strong vendor sourcing, negotiation, and coordination skills. Proven experience managing events across multiple cities. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel for events.
