The Business Analyst - Capital Markets (OMS) position based in Pune/Hyderabad requires a professional with over 6 years of experience to improve trading workflows and optimize Order Management Systems (OMS). As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with key stakeholders, analyze requirements, and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, SQL proficiency, and Agile experience. Your responsibilities will include acting as a liaison between business users and the technical team, gathering, documenting, and managing requirements, writing and debugging complex SQL queries, procedures, and functions, working with Order Management Systems such as Charles River, Aladdin, and Everest, participating in Agile ceremonies, managing tasks via Jira, and collaborating using Git/version control systems.
