Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support solutions using

  IBM Sterling OMS

  .
• Build and maintain

  Java/J2EE-based extensions

  , user exits, APIs, services, and custom flows.
• Configure Sterling OMS components:
  
• Order Capture & Fulfillment
• Inventory Management
• Sourcing & Scheduling
• Promise / ATP
• Returns & Exchanges
  
• Develop and maintain integrations with upstream/downstream systems:
  
• ERP (SAP/Oracle)
• WMS, POS, CRM, payment gateways
• Marketplaces and shipping carriers
  
• Develop

  REST/SOAP APIs

  , event-driven services, and custom adapters.
• Create and manage

  XML flows, OOTB configurations, pipelines, and services

  in Sterling.
• Write optimized code, unit tests, and technical documentation.
• Participate in

  design reviews

  , code reviews, and system testing.
• Provide

  L2/L3 production support

  debugging issues, fixing defects, and performance tuning.
• Support deployment activities across environments including

  DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD

  .
• Ensure solutions follow security, scalability, and performance best practices.
