Description
As a member of the Investment Services team, your primary responsibility will be to support the team in the administration of the Bloomberg Asset & Investment Manager (AIM) system. This will involve ensuring daily business-as-usual (BAU) support as a Bloomberg AIM Administrator and managing various system maintenance tasks, such as creating, changing, and deleting components within the system. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Investment Services team in the administration of the Bloomberg AIM system - Ensure daily BAU support as a Bloomberg AIM Administrator - Manage system maintenance tasks including creating, changing, and deleting various components within the system - Exercise great care when updating FIRM settings as they can impact the trade workflow significantly - Familiarize yourself with regional workflows and processes to follow the appropriate approval processes - Communicate any modifications to all Admins and obtain approvals from global and regional admins before updating Test/Parallel (2992) and Production (2873) Qualifications Required: - Experienced professional with knowledge of key functionalities of Bloomberg AIM including TSOX, EMSX, MFTX, BDS, OMX, PM, CMGR, VMGR, CUTS, LEIA, SSI, OMSA, PORT, PRTU, and JMGR - Ability to change FIRM settings - Familiarity with regional workflows and processes - Attention to detail in managing the Bloomberg AIM system - Ensure compliance with global and regional processes Your expertise and attention to detail in managing the Bloomberg AIM system and ensuring compliance with global and regional processes will be invaluable in supporting the Investment Services team effectively.
