OMS analyst, Bloomberg

As a Bloomberg AIM Administrator supporting the Investment Services team, your role involves the administration of the Bloomberg Asset & Investment Manager (AIM) system. You should be experienced with key functionalities of Bloomberg AIM such as TSOX, EMSX, MFTX, BDS, OMX, PM, CMGR, VMGR, CUTS, LEIA, SSI, OMSA, and ideally also with PORT, PRTU, and JMGR. Your key responsibilities include: - Ensuring daily business-as-usual (BAU) support as a Bloomberg AIM Administrator. - Being able to change FIRM settings, bearing in mind the potential impact on trade workflow and handling this responsibility with great care. - Familiarizing yourself with workflows that adhere to regional processes, particularly regarding user approvals and settings that require global approval. - Ensuring compliance with changes that necessitate global approval, including communication to all Admins, global admin and regional admin approval, testing in Test/Parallel (2992), and final notification before implementation in Production (2873). - Conducting system maintenance tasks such as creation, changes, and deletion of various components including General Setup, Accounts, Users, Model Portfolios, Benchmark Groups, Proxies, Passwords, and more.
