The role of SCM Planning OMP + Consultant + S&C GN at Accenture involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. As a part of the Supply Chain and Operations practice, you will provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. The goal is to help organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains with a positive impact on the business, society, and the planet. Key Responsibilities include: - Leading collaborations and initiatives in Japan geography utilizing Japanese language expertise - Conducting whiteboarding sessions with senior business stakeholders as a Business/Process Practitioner - Utilizing Business Architecture Framing techniques such as Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, and Business Capability Modeling - Engaging in Process Discovery and Improvement initiatives - Contributing to asset, accelerator, use case creation, and enhancement - Participating in business development initiatives and showcasing the ability to solve complex business problems To excel in this role, the following skills are essential: - Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Japanese language, along with a deep understanding of Japanese culture and way of working (Mandatory) - Strong analytical skills for methodical solutions - Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Cross-cultural competence to thrive in a dynamic environment - Strong team-management skills Professional & Technical Skills required include: - Relevant experience in the domain - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Experience with BPM tools like ARIS, Blueworks, Signavio, and/or architecture tools like LeanIX, BiZZdesign, Alfabet (an advantage) - Good knowledge of industry trends, ERP/CRM platform transformation journey, new technologies, and tools - Experience with lean six sigma projects and/or training/certification (a plus) - Strong communication skills for effectively conveying complex structures to clients and colleagues at all levels Additional Information: - Opportunity to work on innovative projects - Career growth and leadership exposure Experience: Minimum 4+ Years of experience required Educational Qualification: Bachelors Fulltime About Our Company | Accenture,
