Job Overview In this role, you will provide internal and external customer support with ITO and after-sales support (e.g. basic technical, trouble calls, order assistance, payment-related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to increase customer satisfaction. In addition, you will manage cases required in SFDC and ERP system SAP. This position reports to the India Regional Leader and will be based in India. Responsibilities As the Customer Support Specialist, you will: Ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g. order entry, technical, payment) by coordinating with Operations, Technical members, Sourcing, Manufacturing and other internal and/or external teams. Coordinates resolution of After-Sales Service and/or Spare Parts Teams, or trouble calls. Coordinate appropriate solutions for customer requests, and coordinate with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g. production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) is in place. May conduct quotation/proposal follow-up with customers and update Sales Force Dot Com (SFDC). Proactively inform customers about purchase order status, repair & return, advanced warranty, technical follow-up, spare parts and/or clarify any questions ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire process. Ensure accuracy of documentation including return material requests, shipping, invoicing, and finance systems. Process the return of goods from customers. Track the repair when necessary. Participate in departmental training programs. Provide outstanding service and representation to external and internal customers through accurate order entry and call handling with superior, professional communications. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED equivalent and minimum 2 years of experience in order fulfillment/order management and Minimum 2 years of experience using SAP or similarly large and complex ERP system to drive results. Job Overview: The Field Application Engineer (FAE) will be responsible for providing technical application and design support across the South India region. This role involves collaborating with sales and product marketing teams to secure Design-Wins for DC-DC and AC-DC power solutions across Telecom, Industrial, Defense, and Electric Vehicle (EV) market. This position reports to the India Region Leader and will be based in Bangalore, Mumbai or Delhi. Responsibilities: Leverage comprehensive knowledge of the OEM power supply ecosystem including evolving customer requirements, competitive landscape, and application trends in networking, telecom, servers/storage, industrial automation, and EV markets to provide technical expertise to customers. Support assigned strategic accounts in a technical sales capacity and proactively identify new design opportunities. Coordinate activities with the local sales team and provide technical guidance to develop and execute effective account strategies. Serve as a customer advocate with the ability to effectively communicate Voice of Customer needs, product gaps, and market concerns to executive management. Develop and deliver technical training to field sales personnel (representatives and distributors) to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Conduct technology roadmap seminars for customers and relay customer feedback to product management teams to drive future innovation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market dynamics, competitive activities, emerging product requirements, and customer landscape. In-depth knowledge of power conversion fundamentals including basic topologies, control mechanisms, EMC concepts, safety requirements, and efficiency/thermal considerations. Experience working with prominent EV manufacturers and suppliers including Tata Motors EV Division, Mahindra Electric, Ola Electric, Ather Energy, TVS Motor, and Ashok Leyland Switch Mobility. Proficiency in schematic capture using industry-standard tools like Cadence, Altium Designer, or OrCAD. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred). Comprehensive power electronics knowledge including AC/DC and DC/DC topologies; standard approaches in analog and power supply circuit design; understanding of power supply integration in OEM systems; familiarity with digital interface protocols (I2C, PMBus, CAN) and their application in modern power supplies. Working knowledge of regulatory requirements for power conversion products including safety standards (UL, IEC), EMI/EMC standards (CISPR, FCC), input surge requirements, and harmonics standards. Strong laboratory skills including proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, electronic loads, spectrum analyzers, and automated test systems. Proven customer presentation and technical demonstration skills. Superior organizational abilities to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively. Self-motivated with ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with systematic approach to technical challenges. The FAE must possess a comprehensive understanding of switch-mode power converters in the 1000V range, spanning from 2W to 20kW, with regulated DC outputs and AC or DC inputs. This expertise should encompass advanced power topologies, sophisticated control mechanisms, state-of-the-art EMC concepts, international safety requirements, and efficiency/thermal optimization strategies.
