As an Omni Sports Advisor, your primary responsibility is to ensure a WOW Customer Experience. This involves greeting, smiling, and engaging with customers to understand their needs. You should be equipped to interact and engage with customers effectively. Additionally, you will promote sports by engaging customers through sports communities, practicing your sport, and inspiring customers to join sports communities. It is essential to stay informed and encourage customers to participate in Decathlon events or local sports activities related to their interests. Ensuring customer satisfaction is a key aspect of your role. You must propose the right products and services based on the needs of the customers and utilize all available channels (in-store, online, App) to meet their needs. Offering relevant services such as buyback, repair & maintenance, and personalization is also part of your responsibility. Providing a smooth checkout experience, suggesting complementary products, and ensuring product availability through reliable inventory management are crucial for enhancing the customer sports practice experience. In addition to customer satisfaction, you are also responsible for guaranteeing a WOW displayed layout. This involves creating a best-in-class layout that is safe, welcoming, seductive, and engaging for both customers and team members. You should ensure that customers can test all available solutions and be knowledgeable about the complete offer in-store and online. Being product trained by a validated product trainer, suggesting the best possible solutions to customers, and highlighting the Circular offer and relevant services are essential components of this responsibility.
