We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Einstein Generative AI Developer to join our dynamic remote team. This role is perfect for a Salesforce expert who is enthusiastic about creating intelligent, AI-driven CRM solutions to enrich user experience, increase automation, and personalize customer engagement on a large scale. As a crucial member of our technology team, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions using Salesforce Einstein Gen AI capabilities. You should have in-depth technical knowledge of Salesforce Clouds and AI tools, as well as strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of business workflows. Your key responsibilities will involve designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered features utilizing Salesforce Einstein Generative AI tools like Einstein Bots, Prompt Builder, AI Studio, and Model Builder. You will be tasked with implementing intelligent automation to enhance CRM functionalities within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, developing custom solutions using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and integrating with third-party systems via REST APIs. Additionally, you will collaborate with various components like Einstein Copilot, Data Cloud, and Omnichannel to create unified, personalized user experiences, and ensure the translation of complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. Quality and consistency in development will be maintained by utilizing CI/CD tools such as Copado, Git, and adhering to best practices in DevOps and Agile methodologies. Furthermore, you will collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders in a cross-functional manner. Required Qualifications: - Possess 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong grasp of the Salesforce ecosystem. - Hands-on experience with Einstein Gen AI, including Prompt Builder, Model Builder, and AI Studio. - Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, and API integrations (REST/SOAP). - Strong understanding of CRM workflows, data models, and customer engagement strategies. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Git), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote team environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Einstein Copilot, Data Cloud, and Omnichannel integrations. - Possess Salesforce certifications such as Einstein AI, AI Associate, or Salesforce Platform Developer. - Exposure to MLOps or integration of external AI/ML models with Salesforce.,
