Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and participating in industry events and conferences. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and production teams to ensure client requirements are met. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management and developing sales strategies Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to analyze market trends and sales performance Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the RFID or technology sector is a plus Show more Show less
