Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented After Sales & Service Coordinator to join our team in Chakan. The candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations and offers for spare parts, coordinating with clients for after-sales support, and maintaining accurate service records. Strong skills in MS Excel and Word are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue offers/quotations for spare parts in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinate with the service team for scheduling and follow-up on service calls. Communicate with customers regarding spare part requirements, pricing, delivery timelines, and order status. Maintain records of customer interactions, offers, and service history. Monitor inventory levels of spares and coordinate with stores for dispatch. Assist in generating monthly service reports and data analysis. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional support. Required Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation) and MS Word . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of spare parts handling and service documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Accounting & Reporting Oversee day-to-day accounting operations in line with statutory and company requirements. Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Project-wise costing). Ensure timely monthly closing and reconciliations. 2. Import & Export Accounting Handle import-related accounting: Bill of Entry (BOE), IGST, customs duty, clearing & forwarding charges. Manage export accounting: shipping bills, incentive claims (RoDTEP, ROSCTL), and realization of export proceeds. Monitor foreign exchange transactions, forex gain/loss accounting, and FEMA compliance. Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, and banks for smooth import/export documentation. 3. Taxation & Compliance Manage GST (domestic & imports), LUT filing, refunds, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory regulations. Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities for statutory filings and audits. 4. Banking & Finance Handle working capital facilities: OD/CC, term loans, Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees. Prepare CMA data, projections, and financials for banking requirements. Manage vendor payments, customer collections, and cash-flow planning. 5. Internal Controls & Systems Implement process controls for approvals and documentation. Ensure ERP (SAP B1 / Tally) accounting accuracy and data integrity. Drive digitalization and best practices in finance function. 6. Team Management Lead and guide the accounts team for timely and accurate deliverables. Provide training on import/export documentation and statutory compliance. Review team performance and ensure skill development. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of import/export accounting & documentation. Expertise in GST, TDS, FEMA, RBI compliance. Proficiency in SAP B1 / Tally ERP and advanced MS Excel. Analytical mindset with ability to prepare and interpret MIS reports. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Qualification & Experience Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) / MBA (Finance) / M.Com. Experience: 7–12 years in accounts & finance, preferably in manufacturing / import-export industry. Prior experience in project-based accounting and handling audits is desirable.
