The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods such as cookies and bread. Daily tasks include mixing ingredients, following recipes, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a clean working environment. The Baker will also be responsible for monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers. Qualifications Expertise in Bakery and Baking techniques Experience in Food Preparation and following recipes accurately Proficiency in baking Cookies and Bread Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Previous experience in a commercial baking environment is a plus Relevant certification or training in baking is an advantage
