Position: Senior Executive - International Sales Marketing (USA Market) Reporting to- Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Location-Kolhapur Job Description: We are looking for a Sales Professional to join our organization as the Head of Sales & Marketing with a specific focus on the USA Market, including the US, Canada, and Mexico. This role requires expertise in the segments of Data Center, OEMs, and Channel Partner relationships. Will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships in the Electrical and Electronics sectors. Key Responsibilities: 1. International Sales Support: • Assist in identifying and evaluating potential international markets, customers, and sales opportunities. • Support the development and execution of sales strategies and plans to penetrate international markets and achieve revenue targets. 2. Customer Relationship Management: • Build and maintain relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners, serving as a key point of contact for inquiries, orders, and support. • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Sales Coordination: • Coordinate sales activities, including customer inquiries, quotations, order processing, and logistics, to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions. • Collaborate with internal departments, such as operations, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely delivery of products and services to international customers. 4. Market Research and Analysis: • Conduct market research and analysis to gather intelligence on international markets, competitor activities, and customer preferences. • Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making related to international sales and marketing strategies. 5. Marketing Support: • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns targeted at international markets and customer segments. • Coordinate marketing activities, such as advertising, digital marketing, trade shows, and promotional events, to generate leads and support sales efforts. 6. Reporting and Analysis: • Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and market analysis to track progress, measure results, and identify areas for improvement. • Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales and marketing initiatives. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to align international sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives. • Foster communication and collaboration across departments to ensure effective coordination and execution of international sales initiatives. Qualifications: • Diploma/BE/B.tech/Bachelor& Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • 5+years of experience in international sales, marketing, or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or export-oriented industry. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with international customers and partners. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to international business practices Interested candidate can send CV on chitrangi.patil@elcom-in.com
