Role Overview: As an Integration Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for analyzing, preparing, implementing, and verifying the configuration and integration of nodes, networks, and systems. Your work will encompass various scenarios including introduction, upgrade expansion, functionality, and capacity. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration for our customers" legacy systems. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for end-to-end integration for the OSS domain, including acceptance testing. - Possess end-to-end technical understanding of ENM/ENIQ/OMBS solutions under the OSS domain. - Explore new technology areas and continually grow within a collaborative team that shares knowledge and fosters competence building. - Plan integration implementation, write codes, and scripts, or delegate to the SW-Developer as per requirement specifications. - Execute integration delivery, prepare integration testing, define system, module, and acceptance test cases, and run test cases based on test specifications. - Perform troubleshooting of nodes, networks, and/or systems to help isolate and resolve complex faults. - Support Root Cause Analysis of integration problems and work closely with Solution Architects and Project Managers to drive improvements. - Support FNI and Trials of OSS domain, driving integration improvements by analyzing processes, methods, and tools for performance and quality enhancements. Qualifications Required: - Academic degree, minimum at the bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom). - 7-10 years of telecom experience with domain expertise in OSS (ENM/ENIQ/OMBS). - Good hands-on experience in Red Hat Linux system administration. - Proficiency in deploying network management products on native and cloud hardware. - Sound knowledge of Red Hat OpenStack or other cloud administration platforms. - Basic understanding of DevOps technologies such as Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Python. - Familiarity with software installation, upgrade, and migration processes. - Working experience in the Telecom domain and technologies, with a preference for NMS/EMS domain expertise. - Understanding of various Mobile network technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G/Core). - Ericsson OSS/NMS experience is preferred, specifically in ENM/OMBS/ENIQ.
