Job Description: Receptionist Position: Receptionist (Female Only) Industry: Real Estate Location: Kalwa Timing: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Rotational Off) Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and customers with professionalism. Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and direct them appropriately. Manage appointment scheduling for site visits and meetings. Coordinate with the sales and admin teams for smooth operations. Maintain the reception area and ensure it is presentable. Handle basic administrative tasks, including filing and managing records. Requirements: Female candidates only. Experience in a receptionist role, preferably in real estate, is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
