Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Computer Hardware & Software Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing on-site and remote support for computer hardware, software, and IT security solutions including CCTV, DVR/NVR, and network configurations. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware components such as desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment. Install, configure, and upgrade software applications, operating systems, and drivers. Set up and maintain CCTV systems, DVR/NVR units, biometric devices, and related security hardware. Provide support for LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and internet connectivity. Perform system backups, antivirus deployment, and system security updates. Maintain documentation for system configurations, service reports, and client visits. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Respond promptly to service calls and ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals Proficiency in Windows operating system. Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) Experience in installing and configuring CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and IP-based surveillance systems Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues independently Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license preferred (for on-site visits) Educational Qualifications: Any one can apply even 12th pass but must have skills we required.
